Key Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans in accordance with the academy's teaching syllabus.
- Supervise and oversee the performance of swimmers under your care.
- Conduct termly assessments and provide constructive feedback on swimmer's progress.
- Foster and promote values of good sportsmanship, cooperation, and friendship.
- Address and respond to queries from parents and members at the pool deck.
Key Requirements:
- National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Swimming Certification is mandatory.
- Passionate about swimming and committed to teaching life skills to children.
- Availability to work training shifts, including weekends and public holidays
