Exciting role in the Public Sector - in the Media industry!
Contractual Position: 11 months
Salary: Up to $6000/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of eDM marketing strategy, including crafting impactful messaging to drive awareness and engagement within the target communities.
- Manage the website, ensuring its content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Support the management of the collaterals, ensuring strict adherence to branding guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
- Assist in the development of publicity assets for diverse stakeholders (speakers, internal senior management, etc.) to utilise in marketing initiatives.
- Co-lead the implementation of media partnerships with media owners in collaboration with the appointed media buyer.
- Provide marketing support for events, including coordinating promotional activities and leveraging social media channels for increased visibility.
- Support the marketing team in various aspects, including integrated, partner, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
Looking for:

- Min. Degree in Communications/Marketing or any relevant field of study
- Proven experience in marketing, experience in event marketing will be a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
