Position: Sales Engineer (Machinery/Gas Compressor/West) - CK
Job Description
- Receive inquires & purchase orders on company’s products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
- Responsible for aftersales activities on company’s products in S.E.A. market
- Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines to customers
- Travel to Japan HQ/factory with the customers for meetings
- Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
- Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
- Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
- Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office’s supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
- Troubleshooting support at the customers’ plant including visit to the customers
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Technical such as mechanical engineering.
- 3 years sales or engineering experience.
- Possess passion to pick up technical knowledge.
- Comfortable for business trips about 2-3 times a month
