Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE School (Primary). If you are selected,
You will work closely with the Operations Manager & Admin Manager in an MOE school (nearest MRT – Mayflower, 501 Ang Mo Kio Street 13) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
a) To assist the Ops Manager in the following:
· Opening and closing of classrooms and learningresource rooms.
· Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.
· Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixturesunserviceability.
· Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.
· Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
· Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.
· Perform traffic warden duty.
Job Requirements:
1. Able to understand simple English.
2. Strong and healthy.
3. No experience is required as OJT will be provided.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025.
Working hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
