JOB DESCRIPTION
- Location: West
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
- Work Type: 6-months
- Salary: Up to $3.5K
JOB SCOPES:
- Support HRBP in all administrative matters across the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Support onboarding and offboarding matters.
- Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis.
- Handles reclass / financial matters.
- First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation and processes.
- Work closely with Shared Services team on the search for talents and recruitment agencies for temporary hiring requests.
- Responsible for new appointment/re- appointment/ renewals of staff contracts on a timely basis Liaise with People Managers and grant administrators for manpower budget/costings to ensure available funding for hiring.
- Coordinate EOM reports for billing, audit purpose.
- General admin matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any related discipline.
