Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track & lead sales team to achieve company performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify areas of improvements and implement action plans as necessary
Customer Relationship Management:
- Achieve principal’s targets of NPS through constant improvement of Retail customer experience
Process Management & Collaboration:
- Identify areas of improvements for sales processes through close collaboration with other functions to increase productivity of the sales team
Sales & Product Training:
- Keep abreast of automotive trends and competitors, providing training for sales team to raise salesmanship and product knowledge.
Sales Operations & Compliance:
- Prepare and provide sales reports and forecasts for senior management or principal. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in sales operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
