Job Info:
- Basic up to $3200
- 5 Days; 4 days on weekdays + 1 day on weekend
- 3pm to 10pm on Weekdays; 9.30am to 6pm on Weekends
- Location; Bouna Vista & Potong Pasir ,Won’t Rotate
Job Scope:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about programs, services, and schedules.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in student enrollment processes, including registration, payment processing, and documentation.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for teachers, staff, and students.
- Manage classroom and facility bookings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support day-to-day operations of the tuition center.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the welfare and pantry for students is well stocked, organized, and clean.
- Monitor inventory levels of pantry and welfare supplies, and replenish as needed.
- Maintain records of orders, expenses, and consumption related to student welfare.
- Assist teachers in ordering food and welfare items for students
