Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Noble Wines Pte Ltd.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager at Noble Wines, you will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C wine sales and business development, as well as managing Sales Executives.


Key Responsibility #1: Client Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients in the wine industry and in the private sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's clientele
  • Establishing excellent relationships with fine wine buyers, helping them grow their wine collections
  • Activating, retaining, and developing clients and delivering on monthly sales targets
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service; meeting frequently with clients in person.

Key Responsibility #2: Sales

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the wine market segment
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of wines to effectively communicate product information and value propositions to potential buyers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct wine tasting events and promotional activities
  • Working with other departments to ensure the best process and customer service
  • Managing invoices and payments from clients
  • Keeping up to date of market trends & product knowledge within wine and spirits

Qualifications

  • WSET Level 2 Certification in Wines or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Wine Industry
  • Strong network and contact list of clients in the Wine Industry and Private Sector
  • Proven track record, experience & success in wine sales
  • Experience in conducting successful tastings
