THE OPPORTUNITY

The ideal candidate is a reliable professional who is experienced in sales and customer service with a balanced customer orientation and a results-driven approach. On top of being directly responsible for the preservation and growth of our customer base, your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients, and build mutually benefiting long-term relationships with them.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals, facilitating the smooth flow of information from client enquiry, order purchase to retaining supportive clients
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise market share
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Conduct sales presentation to new clients and refreshers for existing ones
  • Identifying and taking opportunity to strike exclusive deals with existing clients and potential prospects to maintain and nurture positive, long-lasting business relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with market and industry changes to identify latest needs and demands
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, staying up-to-date with latest company offerings and presenting them as effective solutions
  • Attend to client feedbacks and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction
  • Negotiate agreements and keep up-to-date records of sales and client data


DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Preferably with good English and Chinese proficiency (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
  • Have strong listening and conversational adaptability
  • Able to collaborate and work in teams
  • Able to negotiate amicably and effectively

Management and Organisational Skills

  • Able to assimilate large quantities of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure

Personality and Character

  • Is easy-going and self-motivated
  • Is proactive with willingness to learn
  • Has industry awareness
  • Able to manage challenges and constructive criticism
  • Has good understanding of what makes a good advertisement
