Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aviation industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Require frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins with clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape in the aviation industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
5. Budget Management:
• Assist in the preparation and management of cost budgets.
• Monitor expenses and ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
