Responsibilities:

A Team Leader Recruitment Specialist is a reliable source of candidates as well as being

extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace that they service. They are familiar with

technological trends, demographics challenges and socio economic trends that may impact their

ability to deliver for their clients. They are specialists in more than one market (this can be

technology or geography) and generally partner with colleagues across different countries and regions.

At the same time as growing their resourcing headcount they will also grow and

develop their team and take over more responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

● Contribute towards the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing/process management/post

placement care) and lead by example.

● Management and development of the local recruitment team: This involves the entire

management lifecycle from candidate selection (interviewing) to onboarding until

offboarding. Management also includes pipeline as well as weekly/monthly reporting to

leadership.

● Training and onboarding of new joiners and academy programs in collaboration with

Learning and Performance and other offices.

○ Ramp up career recruiters and support them in their journey to become SMEs

○ Prepare new, junior sales associates for a successful transition into a BDR role:

Train, coach and develop their business acumen to pick up leads and to build

relationships in a tech market

● Partnering with Practice and Sales Directors in your particular office and be aligned with

the sales strategy for the office: Allocate the right tech focus to the resources and grow

talent pools and tech benches proactively. Define the right resourcing strategy for key

accounts for the office.

● Ensure coverage of hot roles for the office, responsibility for communication with sales

and contribution to additional demand through leading lead generation efforts within the

team. Collaborate with other offices/regions to ensure international, hot roles get

covered in a timely manner.

● Contribute towards continuous process improvement and strengthening of resourcing

capabilities

● Implement an efficient strategy for contractor care for the office to minimise controllable

ET/DNS. Ensuring monthly contact with K2 and reallocation of potential house runners

are key to success. Ensure engagement with all active runners on a monthly basis.

● Representing K2's variety of services in your role and integrating K2U B2C offerings as

well as Share and Earn in your day to day work with candidates.

● Collaborate with regional leadership in order to generate strategic market information

about tech trends or upcoming projects by leveraging the candidate network. This

includes the organisation of targeted face to face events or meetings with a wider group of candidates.


Requirements & Skills

● 5+ years working in a recruitment or technical recruitment role.

● Previous experience managing/mentoring recruitment teams

● Proven track record of results: sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing, and retaining

top technical talent.

● Ability to develop new sourcing strategies in addition to other initiatives to enhance the

efficiency of the K2 delivery model

● Experience closing candidates with competing offers at well-known enterprise-level

companies.

● Salesforce (or other relevant technology to their market) knowledge is a plus, but not

necessary.

● Solution oriented and integrity. You keep developing your management and leadership

skills.
