Job Description:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand and align logistics activities with project timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to improve lead times and to ensure timely delivery of materials for site installation.
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of materials to-and-fro the warehouse and project site.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Address any issues or delays in the transportation process.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and transportation activities.
- Monitor and control logistics-related expenses to ensure operations remain within budget.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and transportation providers.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking systems, to enhance efficiency and visibility in the supply chain.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, transportation, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
