Job Summary
To build relations and enhance sales levels with clients in the Building and Construction sector.
Job Responsibility
- Relationship management with Clients in the Building and Construction sector.
- Prepare and submit paint specification/tenders.
- Project tracking and management.
- Gather of market information.
- Prepare and conduct presentation to clients, both individual and group.
- Discuss and propose painting systems for clients based on different project needs.
- Organize and run networking events.
- Ensure workplace safety and security.
- Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Building, Architecture, Sales & Marketing
· Preferably with minimum 3 years work experience in promoting and selling paint and paint related products to clients in the Building and Construction sector.
· Pro active and able to work independently.
· Excellent negotiation skills.
· Possess own vehicle.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint).
· Results oriented team player.
