Responsibilities
- Gain proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot for managing customer relationships and campaigns. Assist in creating EDMs and reports to support digital marketing efforts and update website content via HubSpot. Assist in management of the company email.
- Learn to conduct market research and analyse campaign effectiveness using tools like HubSpot and other measurement tools. Provide feedback and insights to the team based on gathered data and analysis.
- Support cross-functional internal teams in pre-event preparation and communication. Develop teamwork and professionalism through interaction with partners, vendors, and core SFF team.
- Collaborate with the design team (and/or external agencies) to create collaterals and manage stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Prepare creative briefs for design teams and media agencies to guide collateral creation.
- Partnership Fulfillment. Assist in partnership fulfillment by liaising with community partners and internal teams on design and editorial requirements. Prepare EDMs with tracking links for registration conversions.
- Provide support for onsite marketing deliverables, content creation, and ad-hoc tasks during the event period. Adapt to high-pressure situations and manage real-time marketing requests efficiently.
- Assist in tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for campaign optimisation. Contribute ideas and insights to ensure a valuable and engaging experience for event visitors.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in Events Marketing will be an advantage
- No Experience welcome to apply
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software
- Able to commit until Mid Nov
- Work location: Expo, 5 days week
