About the Role
As Incoming Team Lead, you will supervise the incoming team in Operations and handle all incoming transactions from clients. Your main objective will be to ensure compliance with internal policies and AML/KYC requirements, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement to mitigate compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising the Operations Incoming Team
- Providing training for new team members
- Conducting regular performance reviews to ensure the team operates efficiently and meets task requirements
- Overseeing and handling all incoming transactions from clients
- Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring tasks and responsibilities within the designated domain
- Acting as the first level escalation point on cases within the incoming domain, handling cases - including setting up processes and conducting post mortems
- Driving automation, process improvements and outsourcing projects
- Overall responsibility of SLAs, quality of processes and scalability of our product offerings related to the incoming team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in banking or handling of end-to-end onboarding of new/existing customer accounts; experience in collection of relevant information and managing the customer onboarding would be an advantage
- Professional written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill
- An independent self-motivated individual
