We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Administrator to join our team. As a Shipping Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the logistics process, arrangement and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents
- To assist in day-to-day administrative work and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Shipment co-ordination and follow-up with clients, vendors, and overseas agents.
- Track and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any shipment delays or issues.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented mindset and a keen eye for accuracy in managing documentation and data
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, Word, excel etc)
- Preferable able to start work immediately
- Preferably with some knowledge of shipping procedures. Otherwise, on-the-job training is provided.
