What you'll do:
As a POS Specialist, your role will be crucial in overseeing the creative visual development of POSM materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines. You'll collaborate closely with external vendors during colour proofing and mock-up creation to achieve high-quality outputs. Your meticulous attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining data integrity through rigorous data sanitation processes.
Furthermore, you will produce informative daily reports on the display quality index (QI), offering valuable insights to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Your proactive engagement in deploying new tools and technologies will notably boost operational efficiency.
- Oversee the creative visual development of POSM materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and the shopper’s playbook, while coordinating colour proofing and mock-up creation with external vendors.
- Manage the budget tracker for POSM by raising purchase orders, tracking expenses, monitoring budget utilisation, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain data integrity through meticulous data sanitation processes and generate insightful daily reports on the display quality index (QI) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new tools, processes, and technologies to streamline POSM operations and enhance efficiency.
