Manage the receiptions, appointments and meetings.
Manage emails, and phone calls.
Manage office supplies.
Administer company records, prepare reports and presentations, organize meetings, and arrange travel and accommodation.
Carry out various administration and office management tasks.
Your aim will be to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Job Requirements:
Team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsible and independent.
Competent in IT and MS Office Applications.
