Corporate Secretarial Executive (Investment /Up to $5k)

Job opportunity:

  • Opportunity to work for a leading investment firm! This role will assist with the Corporate Secretarial function for the group, adhering to corporate policies and offering business support to the Group's stakeholders. Your role involves managing the needs of a growing number of group entities, administered by various service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Salary up to $5000 (subject to experience)
  • Mon - Fri: Office hours
  • Location: CBD
  • 1 year contract (convertible subjected to performance)

The Talent:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent is preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience with a corporate service provider and/or a similar in-house role with multi-jurisdictional experience, including administering Singapore entities
  • Good business understanding of corporate secretarial & regulatory requirements, operations, legal structure and obligations
  • Meticulous and detail oriented with effective time management skills

Job Description

  • Prepare and/or coordinate with third parties to draft necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely signing, dating, and monitoring of documentation and tasks.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of all company records (e.g., board resolutions, registers, incorporation documents, statutory documents) and ensure they are filed promptly.
  • Coordinate and/or draft Director’s resolutions, meeting minutes, and AGMs as needed.
  • Assist with the incorporation, setup, winding down, liquidation, and dissolution of companies.
  • Support KYC and information requests.
  • Maintain the statutory compliance schedule, coordinate with Finance on tasks like bank account openings, and provide assistance to business units as required.
  • Aid in the standardization, documentation, and automation of processes.
  • Develop and manage an in-house library of commonly used documents, ensuring that internal folders are maintained and updated in a timely manner.
