Roles & Responsibilities
Overview
· This is a dynamic role for an experienced Corporate Communications Executive with dual functions: in (1) Internal Branding and Communications, and (2) Assist in Human Resource activities
· For (1), the ideal candidate should possess communication skills, creative flair, and a deep understanding of employee relations.
· For (2), the candidate should have a passion for event, corporate video, recruitment, IT, support administrative/ logistical matters in the department and other related tasks as assigned
· This role is vital in shaping and maintaining a positive corporate culture, ensuring alignment with the brand identity, and enhancing our company's reputation
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive content and internal communication activities to support corporate objectives, enhance brand awareness, and engage stakeholders.
· Generate engaging written content for internal/external channels such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, and emails.
· Implement internal communication activities/events to reinforce PRECISE’s brand values among employees and foster better employee relations.
· Collaborate closely with HQ and site offices to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
· Handle ad-hoc requests and projects, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Corporate Communications, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate communications or related fields, preferably within a construction environment.
· Demonstrated ability in multitask management, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in communication tools including social media platforms.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
