Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate communications strategy, roadmap and manage communications to position and raise profile of the company through creating strong brand awareness (corporate identity) and brand credibility (corporate reputation),
- Anticipate and solve complex, fast-moving and unexpected issues, crisis and communications challenges,
- Day to day oversight of commercial operations,
- Define and execute OEM partnership strategy,
- Negotiate purchasing decisions,
- Create and negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders,
- Negotiate purchasing decisions,
- Conduct market research to inform strategy and stay ahead on potential opportunities,
- Design commercial strategies for the company's sales practices,
- Identify, research and manage potential clients and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing / Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience,
- Knowledge of tissue paper industry,
- Min 15 years of relevant experience with 8 years leadership experience
- Experience in OEM partnerships,
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed,
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time,
- Flexible schedule and ability to work outside of regular business hours.
