Job Description:
- Plan, develop and manage social media content for the Company and our Clients.
- Propose and implement new social media trends and content creation to help the Company and our Clients meet marketing strategies.
- Oversee pre planning, on-set production and post-production editing processes.
- Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content for all projects.
- Collaborate with design and video production team to produce engaging visual content on social media.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support throughout the project phase.
- Develop social media strategies and content for the Company and its projects.
- Research social media trends and present them to the Company
- Set up paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Analyze and report on paid and organic social performance.
- Responsible for full project management and scheduling for social media content creation projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or relevant field of study
- Passion for marketing and loves to express ideas visually
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.
- Knowledge and experience in social media management are essential.
- Ability to create simple graphics (aesthetic FB/IG stories) and an eye for design.
- Stays up to date with the latest digital and social trends
- Enjoys brainstorming and developing ideas through to completion.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with strong project and time-management skills
