Job Description:
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
• Preparing and managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand manual and brand identity.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media channels that attract and convert our target groups. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to marketing collaterals.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, trade shows and special events.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
Requirements:
• Degree/ Masters in Marketing / Business or equivalent
• Experience in marketing communications experience in companies selling products and services having a strong product knowledge element to them
• Proficiency in Adobe softwares (Photoshop Illustrator, XD, Premier Pro, After Effects and Lightroom)
• Worked with many sales channels (HORECA, Modern Trade, Online Retail, B2B and B2C)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Worked in companies undergoing rapid growth and/or significant change programmes
