Job Scope

  • Assist the day-to-day customer service & admin duties of the centre such as coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre(s)
  • Handle walk-ins and telephone enquiries from customers
  • Provide course consultation to prospective customers
  • Handle admin duties such as daily collections, preparation of materials for classes
  • Data entry and maintaining Student Management System
  • Process and administer new student enrolment
  • Liaise with customers & teachers pertaining to parents’ feedback/ students' progress

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree (in the field of Business Studies/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Mass Communication)

Work Location

  • Midtown
