Online Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Online Manager is responsible for driving the online sales strategy and executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence and revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and customer behavior. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing online advertising campaigns, optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive online sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase online sales, and improve brand visibility.
    Set clear goals and KPIs for online sales performance and digital marketing efforts.
  2. Digital Advertising Management:Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
    Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and manage the advertising budget effectively.
  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):Oversee SEO efforts to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
    Manage SEM campaigns to enhance visibility in search engine results and drive targeted traffic.
  4. Content Creation and Management:Develop and manage content strategies, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
    Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  5. Social Media Management:Create and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow the company’s online presence.
    Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and analyze performance metrics.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of online marketing initiatives.
    Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI.
  7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Manage CRM tools to segment customer data, create targeted marketing campaigns, and enhance customer interactions.
    Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  8. Market Research:Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    Apply insights from market research to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  9. Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with sales, product development, design, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  10. Budget Management:Manage the online marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
    Monitor spending and adjust tactics to stay within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in online marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
