- Design integrated service solutions across DC Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Network, and Backup.
- Lead pre-sales activities, crafting competitive proposals aligned with ITIL processes.
- Develop resource models, ensuring service optimization and alignment with client SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service integration and value creation.
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including risk management and client satisfaction.

- 10+ years as a Service Architect with 5+ years in pre-sales for service providers.
- Expertise in multi-domain service solutions: Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and more.
- Proven track record in managed services and outcome-based solutions.
- Experience in ITIL-aligned multimillion-dollar deals.
- Strong analytical skills for resource modeling, service integration, and optimization.
