Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Experience Manager or Assistant Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to established protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper lighting of all internal and external areas of the restaurant.
- Supervise daily checks on the performance of restaurant machinery and equipment, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and patrons, promptly addressing any safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Follow up on maintenance issues, coordinating with relevant parties to address and resolve them efficiently.
- Monitor the appearance and grooming standards of assigned staff members, ensuring a professional presentation at all times.
- Oversee the rotation schedule of new employees and trainees, ensuring they receive adequate guidance and support.
- Maintain discipline among staff members, recommending and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Administer corrective actions for part-time staff members, ensuring adherence to company standards and expectations.
Requirements:
- Charismatic individual with service-driven to elevate our guests' dining experiences
- Prior experience in the casual-premium dining sector.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantaged.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
