Basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a basic level is required, as it may be necessary for tasks such as data entry, organization, or analysis.


Sales-Driven and Confident: Candidates should possess a strong drive for sales and exhibit confidence in their abilities to engage with potential clients and close deals successfully.


Good Learning Attitude with Desire to Excel: A positive learning attitude and a desire to excel are essential, as the role may involve continuous learning and improvement to adapt to evolving sales strategies and market dynamics.


Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and conveying information about corporate banking services clearly and persuasively.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Advantageous): Fluency in both English and Mandarin is considered an advantage, as it may broaden the candidate's ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients


Customer Sourcing: Actively reaching out to businesses through cold-calling to identify potential customers who might be interested in corporate banking services.


Sales Cycle Management: Overseeing the entire process of selling corporate banking services, starting from lead generation and prospecting (identifying potential clients), arranging appointments to discuss services in detail, and ultimately closing the sales deals.


Client Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients by offering reliable and valuable advice on corporate banking facilities. This involves understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.


Pipeline Management: Building, managing, and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. This includes keeping track of all potential leads, actively following up on them, and ensuring that the pipeline is consistently filled with new prospects.


Target Achievement: Effectively meeting and even surpassing sales targets set by the company. This requires diligence, strategic planning, and effective execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
