Our client in the education sector is looking for an Senior HR Executive to aid the HR department in enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position involves working with other departments to improve the overall employee experience and contribute to the organization's success.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare and sign employment contracts
- Apply for work passes
- Address staff inquiries regarding leave, salary issues, HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Assist in coordinating the probation, confirmation, and annual review processes
- Help coordinate leadership development and internship/place & train programs
- Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 5 years of work experience
- Payroll experience and knowledge of the EASY PAY system are beneficial
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary
- Team player with strong analytical skills, integrity, and a high sense of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
Additional Information:
- Location: Marine Parade
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:15 pm)
- Salary: $4k to $4.5k
