TITLE : Administrator – Human Resources & Administration

REPORTING TO : Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration

COMPENSATION : S$10.00 – S$12.00 per hour

WORKING WITH : TVSM and TVSD Singapore

WORKING DAYS : 5 days work week; Mondays - Fridays

WORKING HOURS : 0830 hrs to 1730hrs

DURATION : 1 month

Job Summary:

The HR Admin will support the Human Resources department by managing and organizing employee personnel files (p-files), ensuring the accuracy of employee data, and assisting in the revamping of HR data management system. This role will involve significant interaction with employees to verify and collect necessary documentation, as well as performing internal audits of HR data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee:P-Files Management:

  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files.
  • Ensure that all required documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible.
  • Verify the accuracy of employee data within p-files.

2. Data: Verification and Collection:

  • Communicate with employees to verify the accuracy of their personal and employment data
  • Collect any missing documents or information required for p-files.

3. SharePoint Data Revamp:

  • Assist in the restructuring and updating of HR data on SharePoint.
  • Ensure that all HR data on SharePoint is current and accurately reflects the latest information.
  • Ensure all hard copy employee data are available on SharePoint

4. HR Employee Data Internal Audit:

  • Conduct an internal audit of employee data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identify discrepancies and work with relevant parties to rectify any issues.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
