Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support to end users on user access, server, desktop and network related challenges
- Update incident ticketing system and coordinate with the team or other support group to close the incident
- Assist in various IT related projects or activities such as upgrades, changes, maintenance, and relocations as when required
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in IT or equivalent
- Candidate with IT related experience will be advantageous
- Candidate with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply!
