Job Description
➤Supervise and lead a term of staff members to deliver good service quality and customer satisfaction
➤Foster a positive working environment and team cohesion
➤Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
➤Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
➤Recruiting, conducting training and onboarding for new employees
➤Schedule shifts and manage employee workloads
➤Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment
➤Conduct regular stock audits and manage stock discrepancies
➤To perform cashiering function and manage opening/closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions
➤Track sales targets and performance monitoring
➤Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
➤Train staff on safety procedures and protocols
➤Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
➤Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment
Job Requirement
➤2, 3 years’ relevant working experience in F& B retail
➤Proven experience in a retail sales/ F&B environment, with at least 2years in a Supervisory or Management role
➤Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffs
➤Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
➤Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
➤Initiative and hands-on person
➤Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
