The ideal candidate is an ambitious Beauty Professional with the following qualifications & competencies:
- A qualified Beautician holding relevant qualifications
- At least 3 years of Salon experience, preferably with management and/or marketing qualifications
- At least 2 years of Training experience, preferably with appropriate qualifications
- Able to develop and write standard operating procedures.
- Experienced in conducting training courses on Beauty Treatments and Salon Management
- Good command of English and Mandarin and able to communicate well.
- Well versed with professional beauty treatments and skincare products
- Good hands-on beauty treatment skills
- Good knowledge and skills in customer experience enhancement
