Looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to assist in administration operation.

- Handling of administration related to company operation
- Assist the Director daily tasks and follow-up closely
- Overseeing general office operations
- Able to work in small team environment
- Assist in daily operation, HR, admin, accounting work and etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year of relevant secretarial / Admin experience preferred
- Computer savy with good command of written and spoken English.
- Candidate must be resourceful in obtaining information with their laptop and phone.
- Some basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Strong in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Well organized, good interpersonal skills, possess initiative and a team play
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on flexible timing
