Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping others achieve their goals and will prioritise the needs of our students over hard selling for personal gain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Work closely with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads from various channels including social media, website, walk-ins, roadshows, events, WhatsApp, etc.
- Student Support: Assist students in job seeking and career placements, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their chosen fields.
- Customer Experience: Understand administrative processes and collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective students, providing information about our courses and helping them make informed decisions about their education.
- Shift Work: Rotate between full-day working hours and evening and weekend shifts to ensure availability for our students at all times.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support throughout their learning journey.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Event Participation: Participate in and support marketing and promotional events, representing Equinet Academy and engaging with potential students.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
