Job Description:
- Oversee secretarial tasks, including keeping records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide advice on compliance, governance, and secretarial issues.
- Handle statutory filings and manage governance documents.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies, banks, and partners as needed.
- Prepare board resolutions and draft meeting minutes.
- Assist the team with client portfolios and corporate secretarial services.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration
- Min. 4 years of corporate secretarial working experienced.
- Qualified ICSA is a MUST.
