RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research Proposal Development: Collaborate with faculty members from diverse disciplines to conceptualize, develop, and write proposals for large-scale research grants, particularly targeting MOE Tier 3.
- Interdisciplinary Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty members across various fields related to sustainable business, ensuring alignment of research objectives and methodologies.
- Literature Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough literature reviews and analyse existing research to support proposal development and identify gaps for innovative research.
- Grant Writing and Management: Lead the writing, editing, and submission of grant proposals, adhering to funding agency guidelines and deadlines. Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff for budget preparation and project.
- Networking and Outreach: Represent the research team at conferences, workshops, and meetings to build relationships with stakeholders, potential collaborators, and funding agencies.
- Publication and Dissemination: Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through peer reviewed publications, conference presentations, and other appropriate channels.
- PhD degree in economics, finance, business (including accounting), and climate science.
- Research experience in sustainable business.
- Skills in quantitative and econometric analysis; proficient in English (both written and oral communication).
- Good knowledge in sustainability (e.g., ESG, climate science, social inclusion).
