Job Scope:

• Cartons for Offsite storage

– Pack the files in the cartons and list them using MS excel.

– Update the cartons numbers and serialised cable ties numbers in the inventory list and vendor portal

– Liaise with storage vendor for the storage of cartons


• Cartons for scanning

– Pack the files in the cartons and do the following lists using MS excel:

i. METADATA Listing

ii. File Handover

– Do quality check by verifying the scanned documents with the physical documents

– Liaise with scanning vendor


• Carton for disposal

– Identify & segregate the files for disposal

– Put the files in the gunny sacks for disposal during MOM pulping exercise or witness the disposal of files at vendor site.

– Repack and list the files for further archival to be sent back to offsite storage.


• To ensure that the number of physical cartons tally with the Master Listing (report)


• General registry duties (Ad-hoc)

– Print outgoing letters received via email.

– Scan incoming documents.

– Sort outgoing letters from batch printout.

– Fold outgoing letters using folding machine.


Salary:

$2,400

0.5 months completion bonus


Working Hours and Location:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm

Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS especially in Excel with knowledge of vlookup function.
    • Good communication skills as need to communicate with vendors
    • Meticulous and an eye for details
    • Able to work independently and complete the job as scheduled
