HRM
- Create and maintain proper record of employees’ information in both personnel files and HRIS.
- Manage E-leave & E-attendance via HRIS, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
- Process and verify employees’ claims (eg. medical, dental, transport, travel allowances)
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, issuance and cancellation
- Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters in accordance with statutory requirements and company’s practice
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local Governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities
HRD
- Administer training related matters including coordination and / or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
Payroll
- Assist in payroll related matters like overtime calculation
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc
Administrative
- Procure, maintain and issuance of stationary, PPE and PE.
- Processing administrative duties such as season parking related matters and keeping all service contracts up-to-date.
- Assist to plan and execute employee relations events
Others
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned
