Job Description:

  • General administration task and filing
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails, telephone calls or social media platform.
  • Follow up on customers and staff enquiries.
  • Data entry of invoice and preparation of varies monthly reports.
  • Process monthly invoices.
  • Compute of staff monthly timesheet


Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
