We are on a mission of providing comfort of owning a car to people in Singapore by building an EV car sharing platform, and we are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead our Operations & Market Enablement product vertical. This person will report to the Head of Product, and work closely with the Design and Engineering teams, business teams and consumer-facing product teams, as well as external partners, with the primary objective to develop a range of product/service capabilities to improve the operation efficiency and process of our operation teams and empower them to provide better services to our customers.
Roles And Responsibilities
Strategy and planning :
- Inform product strategy through strong understanding of user needs, business needs, shared-mobility market and competitive landscape
- Own and manage the Operations & Market Enablement product roadmap and OKRs that supports BlueSG's business goals and strategic vision
- Drive continuous problem discovery to understand the pain points and needs of the fleet management and customer service teams, prioritise opportunity areas and initiatives that address these needs in a holistic and efficient way
Delivery and execution:
- Drive process improvements by constantly liaising with the Delivery Lead, stakeholders, partners and vendors, and manage the communication, coordination, agreements, and dependencies between the parties
- Work with Delivery lead to drive release plan and coordinate release activities with stakeholders and ensure the they can make well-informed decisions in time
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, foster collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data and cross-functional teams (internal & vendors) to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments associated with features and enhancements
People:
- Empathise with the stakeholders and advocate for their needs
- Exhibit active listening, facilitate sessions, and clearly communicate at all levels
- Motivate your teams to do their best work by providing clear direction and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and recognition
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in End to End B2C agile product management, your track record should demonstrate successful launches of digital products, ideally across both large companies and startups.
- Technical background within depth understanding of operational products / tools (e.g. customer relationship management, customer service solution)
- Experience and background in service & UX design is preferred, this knowledge will help you create products that resonate with users and enhance their overall experience.
