Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for SCM key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their warehousing needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings and communicate updates on services, changes, and improvements.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the SCM operations team and clients, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
- Monitor and oversee the performance of warehouse operations to meet client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and the warehouse team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of working experience in account management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experienced in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics processes are advantageous.
- High level of resourcefulness and adaptability
- Language proficiency in both English and Chinese (reading, writing and verbal) is a must for liaison with HQ and Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
