Customer Relationship Management

  • Nurture, establish, and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution planning, delivery execution, and governance. Manage customer relationships with a focus on understanding business priorities and how they align and realize business value for both the customer and the organization. Develop effective communication techniques for engaging in value-driven conversations at executive levels.

Customer Strategy and Growth

  • Own customer relationships to uncover priorities and opportunities that increase deployment and adoption velocity of their investments. Partner with account team members to drive strategic conversations that align the customer’s goals with the organization's objectives. Collaborate with customers to design programs that enhance operational efficiency.

Delivery and Program Management

  • Orchestrate delivery resources to facilitate value realization, with a focus on improving operational health. Help customers realize the value of their investments by leveraging support agreements and services to achieve their goals. Identify and mitigate potential challenges by utilizing available solutions and services, and develop actionable programs of work.

Consumption Leadership

  • Assist customers in achieving their usage and adoption milestones in alignment with their priorities. Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure activities remain on schedule. Identify areas where adoption can be improved and take proactive measures to drive usage.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, preferably within the Tech industry. Experience with Cloud Technologies or other software solutions is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in a second language is required, as you will need to communicate with customers in their native language. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively to executive-level customers.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software tools.
