Job Scope:
We are looking for an outgoing individual that can cultivate relationships with different stakeholders, drive adoption, and is passionate about running marketing campaigns and events. You will be part of an agile team that is working on SupportGoWhere. SupportGoWhere aims to be a one-stop portal developed between GovTech, the Ministry of Social and Family development and Public Service Division. The team’s vision is to improve the discoverability of Government schemes and services and, embark on personalised search for the public.
What to expect
- Mainly responsible for managing/engaging government agencies, strategizing & planning, driving adoption, executing marketing campaigns & events, and creating reports.
- Evaluate and pinpoint the sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings amid a swiftly changing marketplace characterised by intense competition, rapid technological advancements, and a dynamic regulatory environment
- Identify innovative ways to reach our target audience via creative marketing methods
- Must be able to handle an offline campaigns and engagement events independently (e.g., OOH materials, events, workshop etc.)
- Able to work effectively around budgets to gain maximum impact both online and offline
- Build the brand and awareness of the web search & AI team product
- Liaise with stakeholders, conduct user research and synthesize user insights to understand the product positioning and gaps of SGW and come up with corresponding marketing plan to publicise SGW to identified target audience
- Work closely with Software Developers, User Interface/User Experience Designers, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Quality Engineer and other Government agencies’ planning teams
Requirements:
- Experience in extensive digital marketing – SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI.
- Proficiency in SEO implementation
- Experience in developing a marketing strategy & plan, and able to analyse data
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Able to understand technical concepts of product
- Able to contextualise and switch between macro product market strategy to micro product engagement with other Government agencies
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Familiar with design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management
- Prior experience in customer engagement, tech market strategy or data analytics is a good to have
- Able to thrive in an uncertain and agile environment
- Able to work independently and collaborate in a team
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and events
- Familiar with leading search tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
- Creative with an eye for design
