OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

Provides operational support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, off-boarding and etc. and works closely with the People and Culture Team in supporting business units.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in running of day-to-day HR operations (full spectrum of HR)

· Assist in ensuring the standards of HR practices across departments

· Assist in recruitment (i.e. post adverts, screening and scheduling of interview)

· Assist in preparing employees onboarding/offboarding and new hire orientation process

· Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, attending to telephone calls) to the HR Team to ensure smooth operations within the team and inter-department

· Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to the team on HR related issues

· Ensure full compliance with the local statutory requirements

· Assist in processing of work pass related documentation, application, renewal and cancellation

· Monitor and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity of employees’ data required for payroll processing in all HR related systems

· Assist in coordinating training and development programs

· Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior or management.


ARCHETYPES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

· Diploma or Degree in Business & Human Resource Management or its equivalent

· High eager to develop HR as lifelong career

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel

· Demonstrates a creative and exceptional ability to think outside the box.

· Systematic and able to manage database system efficiently

· A team player and ability to work independently

· Positive individual with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
