Requirement:
- Business partnering and providing support to operations
- Talent Acquisition for Direct and Indirect staff
- Manage company-wide on-boarding
- Manage company Human Resource Information System
- Administer HR Policies and Initiatives to support operational efficiency
- Employee Relations including counselling on discipline or performance issue
- Administer all Insurance matters including WICA
- Design and assist in all internal and external training programs
- Liaise with employment agencies & government bodies e.g. MOM
- Process all work passes
- Assist in other HR projects & yearly activities
- Any other HR responsibilities as assigned
Education / Academic Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business and/or with at least 5 years relevant experience.
Key Required Experience, Skills & Ability:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, bilingual in English and Chinese
- Team player, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, IT savvy.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Good background and knowledge of HR practices and well versed in EA, other statutory requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing environment
Oracle HCM experience would have an advantage.
