As a Sales Manager - Travel, you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves implementing and executing all sales action plans in coordination with the Head of Growth and will include key responsibilities such as:
- Source for new corporate accounts for travel business in the Indochina markets
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors such as attractions, transport, hotels, restaurants in Vietnam and Thailand.
- Establish new partnerships with new vendors/customers
- Identify sales leads, pitch services to new vendors/clients
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate preferential travel trade contracts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and new travel trends
- Regularly update corporate accounts with travel industry news and regulations
- Regular travel to Vietnam and/or Thailand will be required
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales manager role, preferably in the retail, e-commerce or travel industry
- Familiar with the travel culture of Vietnamese, or/and Thai markets
- Good command of English and knowledge of Vietnamese language will be an added advantage
- Sales and service oriented personality
- Pleasant personality with good presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office skills
- Good work ethics and self-driven
