Requirement: Diploma in any field or 1 year experience in recruitment/admin
Job description:
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Utilise various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to proactively source and screen potential candidates
- Screening of candidates, including shortlisting and interviewing in person/through phone calls
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process
- Understanding of job scopes for different positions to assess candidate fit
- Other ad-hoc work by superior, and other recruitment related administrative work
