We are currently hiring recruitment consultant to serve clients in the Construction and Property sector. Being a specialist recruiter, you will focus on hiring mid level to senior level positions across commercial, residential, public infrastructure projects.

Key accountabilities include:
- Use internal databases and external channels to support talent selection and identification within the specialized function or industry.
- Screen, qualify and assess high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organizational and personality fit.
- Initiate and drive multi-pronged sales and marketing activities for business development with existing and new clients.
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from Randstad or own research.
- Keep pace of and analyse market and sector trends to support clients’ human capital development.

- Degree in any discipline
- Min 2 years of industry work experience or recruitment background
- Passionate in understanding the construction industry and building meaningful relationships and network
- Good team player
- Motivated and good interpersonal skills to handle objection
