Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, candidate assessments, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs based on growth plans. Understand recruitment needs and job requirements, and determine effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare job descriptions and provide guidance on recruitment best practices to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct pre-screening and sourcing of candidates in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep hiring managers informed of recruitment progress and follow up on the interview process to ensure timely decisions.
- Proactively build a talent pipeline and recommend effective sourcing channels to support hiring plans.
- Propose and develop recruitment strategies to support the company’s expansion. Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent requisitions with expansion strategies. Conduct market research to understand the talent landscape and familiarize with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, market rates, and recruitment trends within the industry.
- Identify and contribute to improvements in the current recruitment process and best practices.
- Coordinate and liaise with educational institutions for traineeship and internship programs.
- Generate and prepare reports on recruitment activities and statistics. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and propose improvement plans.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company representative.
